If You Don’t Ask, You Won’t Receive Justice

If you don’t care enough about your cause to show up, why would anyone else?

I’ve noticed something recently:

People complaining about XYZ person who didn’t get a memorial, a march, etc when they were murdered.

Don’t Expect Someone Else To Organize Your Cause

Complainers: if you don’t organize a march or vigil & don’t petition your local government, what do you expect?

Organize & petition government if you want a #GeorgeFloyd style memorial for the victim you care about. If you want awareness and outrage for the murder of your victim of choice, then you have to take initiative and do the leg work. Nobody’s going to do it for you.

You have just as much the right to petition & protest. It’s not media favoritism if the other party shows up to bring awareness to their pet issue & you don’t show up for your issue.
